What's Included in the price?

1 – Driver’s License: You must possess a valid motorcycle driver’s license for Victoria, either national (other state) or international, to rent our vehicles.

2 – Comprehensive Insurance: All vehicles come with full Comprehensive insurance for your protection.

Age Surcharge: If you’re under 25 years old, there’s an additional cost of $10 AUD per day for the rental (Minimum 18 Y/O). 

3 – Security Deposit: The security deposit (Bond) varies; please refer to Table 1 at the bottom of this page for specific amounts.

4 – Excess Amount: In case you need to use the insurance, the excess amount is $1500 AUD.

5 – Deposit Refund: Your security deposit will be promptly returned via bank transfer or card if preferred, provided the vehicle is returned in its original condition.

Our price includes mandatory comprehensive insurance for the peace of mind of all our customers.

Comprehensive Motorcycle Our insurance coverage for the motorcycle includes protection against:

– Accidental damage to the vehicle.
– Damage caused by the use of the hired motorcycle to other vehicles and property.
– Theft.
– Fire damage.
– Malicious damage to the motorcycle.
 
Excess of $1500/$2000 may apply depending on the bike model.
 
This comprehensive insurance ensures that you’re covered for various situations, providing you with peace of mind during your rental period. If you have any further questions about the insurance or our services, please feel free to ask. We’re here to assist you.
 
 

Using the right equipment is important for a safe journey. If extra equipment is available and suits you, we don’t charge extra for it.

We provide jackets, and gloves if required at extra cost. It is $5/day if for less than a week. More than 2 week is $15/week.

Vehicles are serviced and verified by our professional mechanics.

  1. Your Australian Motorcycle Driver’s License (Australian ID).

If you do not possess an Australian Motorcycle license, please bring:

  1. Your International License along with an English translation.
  2. Your passport.
  3. Your granted Australian visa.

Rental Period: For one-day rentals, select only one day, which covers 24 hours from the pick-up time. For longer rentals, book until the day before your morning return. If returning before midday, there’s no additional charge for that day.

These terms ensure clarity and transparency in our rental process. If you have any further inquiries or need assistance with your booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to make your rental experience smooth and enjoyable.

Every bike includes 100 km per day free of charge. You can either choose the pre-paid or post-paid options for extra km to be ridden; $0.3 ($30/100 km extra) respectively. Unlimited Km Options available, please enquire.

You do not want to think about KM’s riden? We got options:
For how long would you be renting?
1 day: Only extra $50 

2 day: Only Extra $ 70

3 day: Only Extra $ 90

4 – 1 week: Only extra $100.
If renting for more than a week. It would be $100 extra for every week. 
For instance: If 2 days in total is $200 and you want to add the unlimited option, the total would be $270.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. That’s why we strive to make our cancellation policy as flexible as possible while balancing the needs of our small business.

    • Cancellations with 48 Hours’ Notice: If you notify us at least 48 hours before your booking, we can refund 80% of your fees, with the remaining amount retained to cover administrative costs.

    • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: For cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking, we may require a date transfer instead of a refund to help us manage availability and resources.

    • Weather Conditions: If a weather warning is issued by the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) that impacts your plans, we will offer a credit note or a refund so you can reschedule or make alternative arrangements.
